Will Boston Fintech Week be virtual or in-person?

We are excited to say that Boston Fintech Week, presented by FinTech Sandbox, will be in-person this year. In speaking to many of you, it seems that our community is looking forward to gathering in-person, too.

Boston Fintech Week was started as, and remains, a community-centered event, so your health and safety is always our top priority. We will be ready to respond if conditions change.

Some of our community partners may choose to host their events virtually.

Registration & Admission

When will registration open?

Registration is open now! Get your ticket here

How much does it cost to attend?

Tickets to all three days of Boston Fintech Week 2022 will be $149. Early-bird discounts, student and startup discounts, and bulk ticket discounts will be available.

Why are you charging for tickets this year?

FinTech Sandbox, which organizes and hosts Boston Fintech Week, is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Our limited resources go towards supporting early-stage fintech entrepreneurs and hosting this annual event. As much as we have resisted the idea, we’ve reached that conclusion that we must charge a modest amount to help defray the operating costs of running a top-flight multi-day conference. We believe $149 is reasonable, especially compared to the ticket fees of many other fintech conferences. No profit will be made off of your ticket fee.

When will the Agenda be available? How does registering for individual sessions work?

Purchasing a ticket to Boston Fintech Week grants you access to dozens of world-class sessions including keynote speakers, workshops, panel discussions, networking opportunities, and more.

Registration for individual sessions will open approximately 4 weeks prior to the event. You will receive an email and will be able to review the agenda and select which sessions you would like to attend. Note that some sessions will have capacity limits and admittance will depend on pre-selection/registration for those individual sessions.

If I am a student or work at an early-stage fintech startup, do I still need to pay for a ticket?

We want Boston Fintech Week to be accessible to everyone. We are only able to offer a limited number of free tickets so only register if you do plan to attend.

If you are a student, we are happy to offer free registration. Student tickets will be made available in August so check back in a few weeks.

If you are an early-stage fintech startup and would like a free ticket, please fill out this form to confirm your eligibility and we’ll be in touch regarding a complimentary ticket.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Where will Boston Fintech Week be held?

In a variety of convenient locations around Boston. Check back for specific venue announcements.

I am coming from out of town/state/country. What do I need to know about transportation?

Logan International Airport is just half an hour from Boston and accessible via public transportation. Convenient rail hubs include Back Bay Station, South Station, and North Station.

Will there be a networking/event app?

Yes! An invitation to download the app will be emailed to all registered attendees closer to the start of the event.
