General

Please visit fintechsandbox.org to learn more.

Startups interested in the Data Access Residency can submit an application at any time. Fintech Sandbox considers applications on a rolling basis.

What is the Fintech Sandbox Innovation Forum?

The Fintech Sandbox Innovation Forum is the 2-day ticketed conference hosted by Fintech Sandbox at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. This is the main conference during Boston Fintech Week. The Fintech Sandbox Innovation Forum includes the main stage events, keynotes, networking opportunities, and more!

Tickets are required for the conference.

Did the 2024 dates change?

Yes, we had a slight change of plans. An unexpected September construction project at our venue and valued partner, the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, means we had to move Boston Fintech Week 2024 to October 14 – 18. We made this adjustment to ensure we host the best event possible for our partners and our community.

We appreciate your flexibility & understanding! We’re excited to see our community together in October.

Will there be a networking app?

Yes! All ticket holders, except for students, will receive an email from our event app partner Brella in the weeks prior to the conference with a link to use to sign up and network with fellow conference attendees.

Registration & Admission

How can I register?

Registration for Boston Fintech Week’s 2-day ticketed conference – the Fintech Sandbox Innovation Forum – is now open. Please secure your ticket here.

Separate registration will be required for individual community events. These links will be found on the Agenda page later in the Summer.

When will the agenda and speakers be announced?

The agenda, including sessions at the Fintech Sandbox Innovation Forum – our ticketed conference hosted by Fintech Sandbox – and all community-hosted events, will posted on the Agenda page starting in Summer 2024, and we continue to add to it.

Check back regularly for updates and subscribe to our newsletter here for announcements of new speakers and events as they are added.

Why did you charge for tickets this year?

Fintech Sandbox, which organizes and hosts Boston Fintech Week, is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Our limited resources go towards supporting early-stage fintech entrepreneurs and hosting this annual event. As much as we have resisted the idea, we’ve reached the conclusion that we must charge a modest amount to help defray the operating costs of running a top-flight multi-day conference. We believe the modest price is reasonable, especially compared to the ticket fees of many other fintech conferences. No profit will be made off of your ticket fee.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

I am an early-stage fintech founder, are free tickets to the ticketed conference available?

Given our mission to support early-stage fintech founders, we are happy to provide a free tickets to eligible early-stage startups/entrepreneurs who meet the general requirements of our programs. Tickets are for the Fintech Sandbox Innovation Forum – the conference hosted by Fintech Sandbox at the Federal Bank of Boston. Startups must be Series A or earlier to be eligible.

Applications for complimentary tickets are now available. We are only able to offer a limited number of free tickets so register only if you do plan to attend.

If I am a student, do I still need to pay for a ticket?

We want Boston Fintech Week to be accessible to everyone.

If you are a student, we are happy to offer free registration. Student tickets will be made available in Fall 2024, closer to the event dates. We are only able to offer a limited number of free tickets so register only if you do plan to attend. Free student tickets do not include access to our networking app.
